Data Deletion Instructions

Daisy Ad App ("the App", "we", "us") lets you request the deletion of all data associated with your account at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1 - Remove the App (revoke access)

Removing the App from the connected platform revokes its access and signals us to delete the data associated with your account.

On Facebook / Meta:

Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
Find Daisy Ad App in the list.
Select it and choose Remove.

Option 2 - Email us a deletion request

You can also request deletion directly. Send an email to daisy.hailey.1988@outlook.com with:

The subject line "Data Deletion Request";
The name and/or email associated with your account, or your advertising account ID, so we can locate your data.

What happens next

Once we receive a valid request, we will permanently delete the data associated with your account from our systems within 30 days and send you a confirmation once completed. Some information may be retained only where required by law, after which it is also deleted.
